The Content you can find in our Web Applications is provided by you, your employer, or your institution.
The Web Applications are software products protected by intellectual property rights (IP rights). The ownership rights to all components of the software rest and remain fully with us, Cradeq, or our affiliated company(ies). This EULA is not intended to transfer any right or interest regarding the IP rights, wholly or partially. If you have a suggestion for improvement in one of our Web Applications and we incorporate that suggestion, all IP rights therein remain with us. Your rights are limited to what is specified in this EULA or any deviations or additions we have granted you in writing. Additionally, your employer and/or institution may also have provisions and a disclaimer on the Web Applications. By using the Web Applications and the Content, you agree to the applicability of that disclaimer. We recommend reading this disclaimer. All other rights not expressly mentioned here remain with Cradeq.

We ensure that we are readily available. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Cradeq actively maintains the Web Applications. When maintenance may reduce availability, it is performed as much as possible during periods of relatively low usage. We and our employees or (sub)contractors are indemnified against all claims, proceedings, demands, and costs arising from or in any way related to your use of the Web Applications. No rights can be derived from the content of the Web Applications in any way. You cannot claim any damages from us in connection with your use of the Web Applications.
We are not liable for damages resulting from the use and/or malfunctioning of the Web Applications. We cannot be held liable for any other form of damage (material and/or immaterial). We cannot be held liable for the improper functioning of your browser or network.
In principle, the Web Applications are not intended for children aged 16 or younger. In exceptional cases, separate access will be requested for the processing of personal data of children under 16 years old, in accordance with the conditions laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Upon deleting your account, your user right automatically ends until you receive a new account. If we believe you are not complying with this EULA, we have the right to terminate the user right immediately. It is not allowed to share your account. It is also not allowed to create shared accounts. If you do so, we have the right to terminate the user right immediately. Termination of the user right due to violation of the EULA does not prevent us from seeking further compensation for damages.
