What is a Cradeq account?

Your Cradeq account consists of a combination of a personal email address and a password. Your Cradeq account gives you access to Cradeq's web applications. These currently consist of Carbon for education and Parallel for information and instructions. A Cradeq account is similar to a Google account. When you sign in with your Google account, you sign in to Gmail, Google Drive, and YouTube with the same account.

Various hospitals, educational institutions and other organizations have their own Carbon and Parallel instance including their own URL. With your Cradeq account you get access to all instances to which you have been invited by the organizations. So you only need a single Cradeq account to log in for all education, courses, documentation, information, lesson plans, and protocols that have been developed by the organizations in collaboration with Cradeq in Carbon and Parallel.

Depending on the email address of your Cradeq account, you can also log in via SURFconext. You will also see all the instances linked to your account.

I do not see the organization with which I can log in via SURFconext on the SURFconext login screen.

The organization with which you want to log in via SURFconext may not yet be connected to Cradeq. The affiliated organizations are currently:

  • Erasmus Medical Center
  • Erasmus University Rotterdam

This list may be expanded in the future.

I don't have a Cradeq account.

An invitation email for a Cradeq account is sent by an organization when you are invited to their Carbon or Parallel instance. To log in you need to set a password on your personal Cradeq account. You may also choose to log in via SURFconext. Please read the explanation and instructions in the invitation email as well.

I am missing access to an instance in Carbon or Parallel.

In this case, please first contact the organization whose access you are missing. They can check whether an invitation has been sent for access and send it if deemed necessary. If there is no answer or if the problem persists, please contact us at the email listed on the bottom of this page.

I can no longer access my email address to log in to my Cradeq account.

Please contact us at the email listed on the bottom of this page and indicate the email address to which you have lost access. We will contact you to find the most suitable solution.

Different organizations have invited me to different email addresses, which means I have multiple Cradeq accounts.

If you want to merge or change these accounts, please send an email to the email address listed on the bottom of this page with the question and description of the accounts. We will contact you to find the most suitable solution.

I want to delete my account.
